With over 13 years of leadership experience working with brands, businesses and global artists, my experiences are plentiful, and my capabilities are broad.

As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Studio Institute, a creative agency in NYC, I have had the privilege of leading projects across the entire spectrum of a business lifecycle, from launching seed-stage brands to market, to creating high profile experiences for Fortune 500 companies and global artists.

I enjoy leading teams, managing multifaceted responsibilities and love to create an environment where untethered creativity can push great ideas forward. After a decade at the helm, my journey includes exiting a successful business as I embark on an exciting new chapter.

In my free time you will find me plotting the next big idea, volunteering in my local community and raising a tiny human.

EXPERIENCE OVERVIEW:

Board Member, VP of Funds Development: THE GOLDEN SHOESTRING 2022-Present

Lead non-profit thrift store, The Golden Shoestring committee for JLWOS. Oversee renovations, window displays, branded experiences, collateral, and marketing. Through implementation of my initiatives, net revenues have increased 20%+ YTD.  Store proceeds directly fund community grants and student scholarships in the Westchester community. The Golden Shoestring won Best in Westchester - Consignment Category in April 2024.

Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer: Studio Institute, New York, NY, 2014-2024

Co-founded and operated a full-service global creative agency, Studio Institute,  which serviced a diverse clientele, from direct-to-consumer, seed-stage brands to Fortune 500 companies and global artists. As key thought partners to our portfolio clients, we provided best in class brand strategy, brand identity, product development, marketing, content and experiential productions. We successfully launched seed stage brands into the market, such as Thousand Fell, Mezcal Rosaluna and Ten to One Rum, owning the full brand lifecycle, from product development and brand identity to launch campaigns and marketing across diverse channels. Executed high profile live productions, runway shows, retail pop ups and global branded experiences that earned international acclaim for artists such as Beyonce and Janelle MonĂ¡e, as well as Fortune 500 brands such as Nike and Calvin Klein. 

EARLY CAREER:

Lead on multi-million dollar advertising campaigns, from creative development to distribution across all media channels (broadcast, radio, print, digital, OOH and experiential.) Clients include Target, Roc Nation, Mercedes, Columbia Sportswear, Priceline, Mini Cooper.
